How do I check-in members to a meeting?

Note: only users who have permissions to create a meeting will see this option. Please see Assigning Permissions to learn how to give members permissions

To check members into a meeting:

  1. Select the meeting
  2. On the meeting screen press "Check-in members"  
  3. On the check in screen have users pull up their personal QR code on their profile page. Once pulled up, scan the QR code and the member will then be checked into the meeting.
  4. Alternatively, you can manually check-in members to a meeting by pressing the "Manual Member check-in" button and then typing their name. This is useful if you are running a virtual or hybrid meeting.
